Job Title: Dance Teacher

Taylor’s Dance Academy is dedicated to providing high-quality dance education in a supportive and nurturing environment. We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and committed Dance Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching dance techniques, creating engaging lesson plans, and providing constructive feedback to students of various ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dance lesson plans

• Teach proper dance techniques and routines

• Choreograph performances for recitals and events

• Provide a positive and encouraging learning environment

• Serve as a positive role model for students

Qualifications

• Proven experience teaching dance to different age groups

• Strong understanding of dance technique and pedagogy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to inspire and motivate students

• Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Assets

• Certifications in ADAPT, RAD, Acrobatic Arts, PBT

• Experience in multiple dance styles
